The three primary objectives of the MLE are:
1. Help you develop outstanding leaders by learning from the best in the Midlands
2. Help you find practical and sometimes unconventional ways to develop and grow
your organisation
3. Sow the seeds of mutually rewarding relationships with successful

Here are 7 tips for making the most of each MLE events and the time in between.
1. Turn up on time and spend the full 3 hours with us. Each event is very carefully designed for you to get massive value for your time.
2. Have a firm idea about what you want to accomplish during the time you will spend with us and keep your mind open to possibilities and opportunites.
3. Be prepared to listen first and help others succeed. The majority of participants, if not everyone, will be looking to satisfy one or more of the three objectives so do what you can to help them.
4. Cast your mind to people you know who will benefit from being part of the MLE. We are rapidly growing by reputation and personal introductions. There will always be excellent incentives for you to bring senior managers, executives and business owners to our events.
5. Get to know the sponsors and our hosts at the venue, they are all outstanding in their chosen field, extremely professional and amazingly helpful.
6. Help us to help you by completing our feedback forms and telling us how we can be better and what you want us to do for you.
7. And above all TAKE ACTION and FOLLOW UP with the promises you make to yourself and the people who attend. Use our MLE Action Planner on the day to record your commitments.
